…well that includes everyone really.

“Out with the Old and in with the New”

As we followed our annual family routine just after midnight on New Year’s Eve, (and I don’t just mean just having far too much to drink!) of opening the back door to let out 2011 and then opening the front to welcome 2012, it struck me as a very poignant analogy to the life of any designer, Icon or otherwise. It is what we do; say goodbye to yesterdays designs and look forward and creatively get on with something new and exciting for the future.

I am very excited by the 2012, the new projects we will be starting and new people we will be meeting. I wish everyone out there a fantastic and prosperous 2012!
